Dr. G. Ghannam
Dr. Ghannam received his DDS degree in 1985 from the University of Michigan, in Ann Arbor. Dr. Ghannam has been delivering healthy, beautiful smiles to patients for over 34 years. Even after graduating with his dental degree, his passion for learning never stopped. To this day he keeps up to date with many continuing education classes and is certified in traditional and mini implants, orthodontics, veneers and IV sedation to ensure his patients receive the most advanced dental care.
Dr. Ghannam feels fortunate to be doing something he genuinely loves every day, improving lives one smile at a time.

Dr. Derek A. Pflum
Dr. Pflum received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2015 at University of Detroit Mercy and his PhD at the Department of Chemistry at Yale University in 1998. Dr. Pflum keeps up to date with many advanced continuing dental education courses such as implants.
Dr. Maria Kana
Dr. Kana completed her undergraduate education at the University of Detroit Mercy where she obtained her bachelor’s in biology degree and went on to obtain her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. Dr. Kana keeps up with the latest advances in dentistry through continuing education courses to best serve her patients.
During her free time, Dr. Kana enjoys spending time with her family in Ann Arbor.
Dr. Ila Sayed
Dr.Ila Sayed is an American board-certified orthodontist, born and raised in Michigan. She earned her dental degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry and completed her orthodontic residency at the University of the Pacific Arthur A.Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. Dr.Sayed believes in individualized treatment planning and delivering high-quality orthodontic care tailored to each patient. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, horseback riding, and playing the piano
Dr. Sophia Elmuradi
Dr. Sophia Elmuradi’s passion for understanding the nature of disease and her ability to identify and manage difficult cases propelled her to pursue a higher degree in Oral & Maxillofacial Pathology. She is a Board-certified Oral & Maxillofacial Pathologist, holding a master’s degree from the University at Buffalo. Additionally, she specialized in Oral Medicine and completed a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Elmuradi earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Detroit Mercy and previously served as an assistant professor before rediscovering her passion for patient interaction during teaching, which led her back to practicing as a general dentist. Committed to staying abreast of the latest dental advancements, she dedicates numerous hours to continuing education. Dr. Elmuradi’s unwavering compassion and attention to detail drive her to provide the highest quality care to all her patients.
